Jacob Hutson - 6'10 - F

My senior year was a good experience for me to learn how to be a leader on a team which will help me to be a better person later on in my life. I experienced playing from the power forward position which I believe will help me in the long run to being a better player, it helped me with having to guard smaller players forcing me to move my feet more, and also offensively it forced me to expand my game as a whole. I averaged 17.7 PPG along with 9.3 RPG. I will be attending Loyola University Chicago next year and I am planning on going into business.

Cameron Steele - 6'8 - F

Averaged 25 points and 8 rebounds per game as a senior at Minnetonka High School. Had a season high of 39 against Hopkins. Shot 86% from free throw and 35% from the 3 point line. Two time All-Lake Conference selection. Signed NLI with Abilene Christian and will major in Biology.

Brady Williams - 6'7 - F

Dover Eyota struggled a little in the regular season due to injuries and illnesses. Playoffs came around and they were the 13 seed, they would go on to upset the 4 seed then the 5 seed. Made it to the top four then lost to Caledonia by 15. Brady averaged 22 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. He will be playing next year and MSU Mankato and pursuing a nursing degree.

Charlie Katona - 6'6 - F

This high school season went very good for the most part. We competed with the top teams in the state and were consistently top 3. As far as individually, I think i did really well; I broke the school record in rebounds, set a single game record in rebounds, and was on my way to becoming the all-time leader in points except that was cut short due to the COVID-19 virus. We had the opportunity to play in the section finals although those were cut short as well. Overall, I had a very good season, I loved being apart of Shakopee basketball for the past 4 years. Now that my ride with Shakopee is over I have committed to playing basketball at the University of Minnesota Duluth. I can’t wait to see what the next chapter has in store. It’s going to be one heck of a time. #GoDogs

John Henry - 6'6 - G

Eden prairie team went 28-0, with an average win margin of 20 points. Henry averaged 17 ppg and shot over 50% from 3. John is  committed to the University of Sioux Falls and is planning on majoring in the business field.

Nate Heise - 6'4 - G

My senior season was great. Full of many memories. Didn’t end up where we wanted, but that became irrelevant as soon as the state tournament was cancelled. There were a lot of individual and team accomplishments as well. Individually I became lake city’s all time leading scorer finishing at 2307 points. I averaged 29 ppg 8rpg and 5 assists per game. I shot close to 40% from 3 and 62% from 2 and 86% from ft. I am committed and signed to playing basketball at northern Iowa university for coach Ben Jacobson in cedar falls Iowa. I plan on majoring in actuarial sciences.

Zach Lea - 6'4 - G

Highlights of senior season: My team went 24-4 and finished the season as conference champions. Individuals awards that I was recognized for include being on the Mr. Basketball watch list as well as a Semi-Finalist for the MBCA McDonald Award. Next year, I will be playing basketball at the University of Minnesota Duluth and plan on studying business.

*Conference and team awards have not been announced yet.

Luke Gitzen - 6'4 - G

Averaged 15.1 ppg as a senior at Chanhassen High School. Had a season high of 28 against Byron. Shot 90% from free throw, 35% from the 3 point line while averaging 3.5 makes a game. Made All-Conference in the Metro West Conference. Currently undecided for future plans/college, but plan to major in finance/business.

Ryan Samuelson - 6'4 - G

Ryan's senior season went very well. They ended the season on what they thought was best game of the season. Samuelson accomplished many things, 1st becoming Jordan High School's leading scorer. He was then selected for the Minnesota all star game which was a very great goal of his . After a long thought process he decided to further his football career at MSU Mankato. He is leaning towards majoring in Construction Management.
