As we continue to progress deeper into the High School season a number of current Fury players have continued to elevate their games. Each week we try to take a look at a couple of our players in particular, and the impact they have had for their High School teams.

Tucker Shepley & Joe Morris - BurnsvilleBattling in the tough South Suburban Conference night in and night out can take a tole. Senior Joe Morris has taken advantage of the big stage recently with a 23 point performance vs Eastview, followed by 18 points in the Blaze's 62-59 victory over Lakeville North. Shepley, a 6'4" junior, has played a force as well contributing near double-double output against the stiff competition.

Matt Todd - MonticelloThe Magic are 14-7 on the season, and that is in no small part due to the play of freshman Matt Todd, and his 15.8 PPG, 4.1 APG, 2.5 SPG stat line. Recently nominated as a Northstar Hoops player of the week candidate, Todd dropped 46 points in a 2 game stretch including a game winner at the buzzer vs. Cambridge-Isanti.

Trevor Schermann - Lakeville NorthCracking the deep Lakeville North lineup as an underclassmen is no small feat. Schermann, a sophmore, has paid his dues, and is finally starting to see the benefits. With increased time in the past couple weeks Trevor has stepped up his game, including a team high 10 points in a tight contest with Burnsville.

Broc Finsteun - Pine Island - The 6'4" sophmore has really become a versatile weapon for Pine Island this year because of his ability to play 4 different positions on the court. Over his last 3 games Finsteun has averaged. 20.6 PPG, 10.2 RPG, and 5.7 APG. As Pine Island looks to build toward sections Broc figures to be play an intregal part of any post season run.
