Fury Zurn was in Pittsburgh this weekend for the Under Armour JamFest sponsored by Hoop Group.

Round 1 - Fury Zurn 57 Hoop Heaven (NJ) 44

After storming out to a 19-2 lead, Fury was able to carry that momentum into a 31-22 halftime advantage. Defense and FT's down the stretch carried them to a 57-44 victory. Team was lead in scoring by Chose (15) Chan (10) Olson (10) Baker (8) and Finstuen (8)

Round 2 - Fury Zurn 60 Team Final (PA) 54

After a sluggish start with far too many turnovers Fury still managed to hold a 33-27 halftime lead. After holding a double digit lead in the second half vs. Team Final, Fury was again able to ice the game at the FT line. Team was lead in scoring by Reuvers (15) Finstuen (10) Schermann, Baker, and Chan (7).

Round 3 - Fury Zurn 52 Young Legends (WI) 50 - 2 OT

In one of the biggest highlights of the weekend Fury and YL went back and forth for the entire game. With Fury up 20-16 at halftime, neither team was able to pull away leading to OT, then double OT. Fury was able to pull out the win when Myles Hanson pulled up from 35 feet with seconds remaining to hit a game winning 3 as time expired. Hanson (12) Reuvers (10) Chose (8) and Baker (6).

Round 4 - Fury Zurn 56 CM3 Elite (NY) 40

After a game that went back and forth much of the first half Fury was able to find an unselfish team groove leading to a 29-23 halftime lead. The team balled continued in the second half as Fury pulled away, winning easily by double figures. All 10 guys contributing in the scoring column for this one.

Round 5 - Jersey Shore Warriors (NJ) 56 Fury Zurn 46

Although Fury got a number of good looks in the first half, they were unable to get a number of shots to drop resulting in a 27-18 halftime deficit. Although limiting their turnovers, and battling back and forth, Fury was never able to surmount a big run against the talented  Jersey Shore Warriors, bowing out to the eventual Tournament champions.
