Today, we continue our look into Minnesota Fury newcomers and returners across the state of Minnesota. We are very excited to continue to share our players’ high school success this season!

Jack Middleton, 6’4 F, Edina High School

Jack is another newcomer to the Minnesota Fury program this year and has had a great junior campaign for the Hornets thus far. Jack is helping pace the 12-5 Hornets by averaging 12.1 PPG. Jack has a fantastic 3-point shot which he uses his length to be able to rise up and score over defenders closing out on him. Jack scored a season high 30 points in a win over Chanhassen earlier this season. Jack and the Hornets travel to Wayzata on February 2nd, 2018 and then host Eden Prairie on Wednesday February 7th, 2018.

Keaton Heide, 6’3 F, Wayzata High School

Keaton returned to the hardwood in late December and immediately had an impact on the Trojans. Keaton has been an important role player for the 12-5 Trojans. Keaton uses his athletic ability to guard multiple positions on the floor while also being a very capable 3-point shooter. Keaton had a season high 11 in a 2OT victory over St. Louis Park earlier this year. Watch Keaton and the Trojans on Friday February 2nd, 2018 at home vs Edina and then again on Saturday February 3rd, 2018 against Champlin Park at STMA.

Zach Lea, 6’3 G, Chaska High School

Zach will be back for his second season with the Minnesota Fury program. Zach has stepped into a key role for the 12-4 Hawks as he has played key minutes as a sophomore. Zach uses his steady head to create for others and be able to knock down open looks. Zach scored a career high 15 in a win against Shakopee earlier this season. Zach and the Hawks play host to Bloomington Kennedy and Robbinsdale Cooper on February 2nd, 2018 and February 5th, 2018, respectively.
